Terms of Service

Haipaida believes in understanding the problem before attempting optimization.

Some connectivity issues may originate from local Wi-Fi conditions, ISP policies, game server changes, or factors outside Haipaida's control. For this reason, route testing or diagnosis is generally recommended before committing to long-term services.

Services

Haipaida provides route diagnosis, gaming latency analysis, route testing, dedicated route services, and related technical assistance.

We make reasonable efforts to help users identify the likely source of connection issues, but we do not guarantee fixed latency numbers, fixed routing paths, or permanent availability of third-party platforms.

Billing and Refunds

Route Testing: Route testing and diagnostic services are one-time services and are generally non-refundable.

Monthly Dedicated Routes: Customers may request a refund within three calendar days of their initial purchase without providing a reason.

Annual Dedicated Routes: Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. When approved, refunds are generally calculated proportionally based on the remaining unused service period.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws in their own country or region, and for maintaining the security of their own accounts, devices, local networks, and third-party platform accounts.

Prohibited Use

Haipaida services must not be used for spam, fraud, unauthorized access, attacks against third-party systems, infringement of others' rights, circumvention of applicable laws, or unauthorized resale of services.

If Haipaida reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, or activity that affects other users' experience, Haipaida may suspend, restrict, or terminate services and may cooperate with lawful regulatory requests.

Uncontrollable Factors

Submarine cable faults, international gateway changes, ISP policy changes, game server maintenance, regulatory changes, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside Haipaida's reasonable control shall not be treated as a breach by Haipaida.
